Is Tyreek Hill right to defend Grier, or should fans hold the GM accountable for the struggles?

The Miami Dolphins are struggling. With Tua Tagovailoa, their main man, out with a concussion, the team was expected to falter. After 5 games, they are sitting with a 2-3 win-loss record. However, the fans have found a new villain. They often criticize their GM Chris Grier for not giving a thought to the team-building process. WR Tyreek Hill has come to his aid.

Whatever you may think of the receiver, you have to give him props for one thing. He always stands by his team. Now, Cheetah has openly supported Grier and tweeted, “He could go sign Aaron Donald right now yall would fault him and say bro washed 😂😂” That’s hilarious.

For those of you who didn’t get it, Aaron Donald was one of the greatest defensive players. In 2018, he recorded 19.5 sacks, most by a defensive tackle in a season. However, he retired after the 2023 season at the age of 32 years, claiming he felt washed out and couldn’t continue the rigorous training. Tyreek Hill came out with the perfect analogy here.

The question here is who can make the Phins win. Certainly, they can’t add Donald to the roster now. Grier was also held responsible for the poor handling of Tua Tagovailoa and Odell Beckham Jr. In 8 seasons under the GM, the team has won no playoff game.

The Phins need their QB to come back soon. It might be a fresh breath of relief for the Dolfans.

Tyreek Hill is missing football in the bye week

Week 6 was the bye week for the Dolphins. While other players were having rest or enjoying their time away with their WAGs, the WR was missing something. Football! He tweeted on October 14, “miss football.” Cheetah loves the gridiron.

While Tyreek Hill has been cheering up the fans, they would be happy once the quarterback returns. Tua Tagovailoa has been meeting up with doctors all over the country. But concussion takes time to heal. Specially, when it’s your 3rd concussion in 3 years. But they don’t have any other option. The alternatives aren’t clicking.

After Tagovailoa’s injury, the team went with Skylar Thompson. It failed. They lost the week 2 and week 3 games. He only had 21 of 33 passes with 187 yards. Then, they changed the ploy and started Tyler Huntley as the starting QB. He made 32 of 55 passes with 290 yards. The team lost the week 4 game, but they won the week 5 game.

For now, they are just going with the flow. Tyreek Hill is ready to go. Dolfans, what do you think? Will they win the week 7 matchup against Colts? They have to if they want to remain in the Super Bowl race.
