Brittany Mahomes isn’t letting postpartum life slow her down. A few days ago, the wife of the three-time Super Bowl champion shared an Instagram story of her getting back in the gym where she was accompanied by some unexpected guests. The next day she shared another gym selfie, this time with her “fav workout partner,” her newborn daughter Golden Raye. Brittany has been regularly letting her followers in on the latest from her life, however, on this occasion, it is Patrick Mahomes, who takes center stage in her latest update.
You will often find Brittany cheering and supporting her husband whether it’s on the gridiron or away from it. But that doesn’t mean she won’t occasionally roast the Chiefs superstar. Last year, during a training camp in August, the Chiefs shared a video of Mahomes where he forgot to put on his padded pants. Brittany was quick to respond to the video writing, “Sorry I’m not there to dress you @patrickmahomes,” on her IG story. Well, this time she took another sly dig at her husband, around his shoe collection.
Brittany just shared a sneak peek of Patrick’s shoe collection on her IG story and it’s a lot – like a lot a lot. The video pans over rows and rows of sneakers, with Brittany asking”I mean how many is too many? Asking for a friend.” Looking at that massive shoe collection, you could say the QB needs a separate closet just for his Adidas kicks. Yes, it’s Stripes all over, and it makes sense since Patrick has been the face of the brand since 2017. Mahomes is a self-confessed massive sneakerhead and has an entire room in his home for his favorite pairs and it’s not just Adidas.

In 2019, in one of his house tours, he boasted about his collection of 180 pairs of kicks, including a $950 Versace pair. Talking to Bleacher Report during the tour he said, “The shoe room has been something that I’ve wanted for the last six-seven years at least. I’m extremely pumped. I’ve been hyping it up for weeks,” Mahomes mentioned while talking about his dedicated shoe room. Even back then Brittany talked about how Mahomes’ shoes were taking up all the space.
“All of his shoes have been all over the house and I was trying to make my own shoe closet and it didn’t work out so well. So, now we are here,” she said. Mahomes also has a security camera in place to keep a watch over his prized possessions. “The camera is definitely the most important — I mean, it’s showing all the most valuable things in the house…I can look to make sure all my shoes are still here,” Mahomes mentioned in his tour video.
While Brittany wanted answers about Mahomes’ massive shoe collection in her latest Instagram story, she was all fired up ahead of the Super Bowl, when Adidas came up with a new shoe drop for her husband. Adidas dropped a new Mahomes 2 Impact FLX trainer inspired by Super Bowl LIX’s host city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The shoes carry a “Throw A Good Time” colorway with a purple elastic and suede upper, while the sole has a Mardi Gras theme. After Adidas shared the images of the new sneaker first on Instagram, Brittany was quick to share it in her stories with the caption, “The shoe that’s been ready 😎🔥.”
The superstar QB, who is on a 25 million-a-year deal with the brand, has also collaborated with Adidas, launching his signature apparel and his signature kicks, Mahomes 1 Impact FLX previously. He has also collaborated on AM4 sneakers with a gold, black and white pattern. He has an UltraBOOST Mid designed in the colors of his alma mater Whitehouse High School. While the ZX 2K Boost has a multitude of colors that were released in 2021.
Meanwhile, his son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, had his own Adidas colorway named after him ahead of his second birthday. According to Adidas’ official website, the name of the new colorway is Mahomes 2 Impact FLX Bronze Training Shoes and it features two colors — Magic Beige and Bronze Strata.
Speaking of Bronze, the mom of three also shared a picture of her son Bronze on her story, captioning it, “Why does he look so grown? (crying emojis).” Bronze, who is two years old, is rocking a cute fit in the photo posted by Brittany. The little Mahomes sported cool white sneakers, paired with gray pants and a striped brown and white T-shirt.

Well, back to Patrick’s shoe collection, it looks like Brittany might be having trouble finding space for her Ralph Lauren, YSL, and Versace heels, plus her kicks, since Patrick’s sneaker collection is taking over. But that’s not the only challenge she’s dealing with right now.
While Brittany is fine with putting Patrick’s sneaker addiction on display, there’s one thing she’s keeping completely under wraps—her newborn daughter, Golden. Unlike Patrick’s shoes, which are out for the world to see, Brittany has drawn a firm line when it comes to her baby girl’s privacy.

Brittany Mahomes’ Privacy Rule for Her Newborn
Ever since Patrick Mahomes and Brittany welcomed their third child, fans have been eager to catch a glimpse of their newborn. But keeping newborns out of the public eye is something all public figures consistently try to do.
The NFL super couple welcomed their third child, Golden Raye Mahomes, on January 12. And for now, there are no camera times for baby Golden. Even when mom Brittany shares adorable moments, like Sterling putting her little sister to sleep or Golden accompanying mom to her gym. Brittany makes sure that her face is not visible on camera.
On Tuesday, Brittany posted a video of an infant on her Instagram Story, which may have created some confusion among the fans. However, Brittany cleared “I think I need to clarify, Golden is in the stroller (laughing emoji) you can’t see her and won’t for a while. That is Makoa in the bouncer (laughing emojis).”

Brittany had reposted a story from Gozo Shimonek that read, “Triple duty: @brittanylynne’s trainer, Makoa’s momma, Golden’s babysitter.” The new mom was training in the gym with Betina Gozo Shimonek, Nike’s global trainer. Betina is also a new mom, and she was looking after Golden and her daughter, Makoa, while Brittany was hitting the gym.
Well, the mom has made it clear that she does not want Golden’s face in the spotlight for now. Let’s focus on those kicks instead!
