However, great responsibility can sometimes be hindered by health concerns and the 28-year-old is in the same situation.

Currently, Brittany, her husband Patrick Mahomes, and their two kids, Sterling and Bronze, are on a family trip in Mexico. However, ahead of their vacation, Mrs. Mahomes revealed the pain she was going through, sending shocking waves to her fans.

On Wednesday, Brittany Mahomes shared an Instagram Story, revealing that she has a fractured back. The 28-year-old, who has been enjoying with her family building castles and relaxing on the Mexico beach, casually mentioned the news along with a Boomerang selfie video. In her post, she emphasized the importance of taking care of the pelvic floor, after having kids. She stated, “Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back.”

In the next story, Brittany shared a snapshot of Chiefs’ QB Patrick Mahomes and their daughter Sterling walking together holding hands. The rookie SI Swimsuit model captioned it with, “But vacaying with my homies will maybe make it better?” Although Brittany didn’t reveal how she got this fracture, some health experts’ reports suggest that the pelvic floor consists of muscles surrounding pelvic organs and controls their functions. Therefore, childbirth can contribute to pelvic floor disorders, as it stretches the muscles.

Dr. Yves-Richard Dole, MD, an ob/gyn, explains that the pelvic floor’s connection to the lower body can lead to instability and potential injuries, including a fractured back. While such incidents are relatively uncommon, fitness active women may be at a higher risk. And Brittany, being a fitness freak allegedly falls into this category. Her revelation highlighted the physical challenges a woman can go through after childbirth.

Despite this, the powerful woman of KC has a solid workout routine that she follows every day.

Anyone who follows Brittany Mahomes knows about her active status in posting Instagram stories featuring her gym and daily workout routines. Her workout routines generally include her leg days, and exercises such as “doing weighted hip thrusts, squat jumps with a resistance band around her thighs, bench crossovers, and more.”

In an interview with Eating Well, earlier in December, Brittany revealed her love for workouts and gym. She said crushing workouts, “staying active and being in the gym has been a huge part of my life.” Besides this, walking with her kids and dogs is also an active part of her workout.
