After the game, Brittany Mahomes shared her unique Christmas celebration company this time around with her followers.
Patrick Mahomes’ team was coming off a win against the New England Patriots. They were aiming to lock up the AFC West with a win over the visiting team this time. However, they were unable to make this happen and lost with a score of 14-20. Although it was Christmas, the Chiefs were unable to give their fans a ‘winning’ gift. Nevertheless, Mahomes’ wife Brittany made sure to give one precious moment to adore to her followers.

Brittany Mahomes shared a photo story on her Instagram, celebrating Christmas on December 25 during the Chiefs game. She was seen posing for a photo, alongside her friend Lyndsay Bell, and new pal Taylor Swift, who came in to support her boyfriend. All three were seen supporting their partners from the VIP suite, where they captured a photo keeping the Christmas vibe alive.
Additionally, all three were wearing Santa caps with their partner’s jersey numbers written on them. Brittany had the number 15 on her cap, Taylor Swift had her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s number 87, and Lyndsay, there to support her husband TE Blake Bell, had his number 81 written on the cap.
Brittany and Lyndsay were holding their baby girls while posing for the photo, with Taylor Swift between them, wearing a red top alongside a black-checkered skirt and black knee-highs. Brittany was spotted wearing a stylish black & white coat, and Lyndsay wore a red top, both sporting black bottoms. Brittany posted this all-smiling picture with a caption, saying, “Christmas girlies,” and tagging her two friends.

Although the picture reflected a happy moment in the Chiefs’ special supporters, matters soon turned tough as the KC faced a staggering defeat against their AFC rivals.

Antonio Pierce’s defense delivered a strong performance against Patrick Mahomes and his team, handing Mahomes his first career division loss in November or December. The Raiders’ defense limited the Chiefs to just 4.2 yards per play and forced two turnovers, both of which turned into touchdowns. Despite the Raiders’ rookie QB Adian O’Connell not completing a single pass in the final three quarters, the defense played a crucial role in securing the victory.
The defensive line, led by Maxx Crosby and Malcolm Koonce, dominated with four sacks and seven tackles, putting constant pressure on Mahomes. The Chiefs’ running game struggled, and their pass catchers had limited opportunities. The Raiders’ defense showcased one of the best performances of the season, highlighted by two defensive scores.

Running back Zamir White, filling in for Josh Jacobs, contributed significantly with 145 yards on 22 carriers. The Chiefs’ offense had a tough day, averaging only 5.3 yards per attempt, with Mahomes throwing 1 TD only. The Raiders took control of the game securing a lead they maintained until the end.
