After having two beautiful children together, the Mahomes couple is all set to welcome their third child soon – a girl. And while Mahomes surely is missing out on the action tonight, Brittany is all in crushing for the birth prep. Just a while ago, Kirsty Rae, Brittany’s trainer who’s been guiding her through her pregnancy and fitness journey, shared a story on her Instagram handle. And guess what? The star QB’s wife is working out in the gym!
“So proud of you @brittanylane you’ve absolutely crushed your 3rd pregnancy, mama,” Rae wrote in her story as Brittany’s hitting some squats. The third baby is on the way, and Brittany’s out there keeping it real, just handling life like a pro. After all, the workout comes with certain benefits for Mama and the baby, right?

“The last few weeks of the pregnancy are my favorite for training. There are so many benefits,” Brittany’s trainer further wrote. “It helps boost circulation, reduces swelling, can ease discomfort, and preps your body for labor!!!!!! Movement can actually help get in optimal fetal position for birth. Energy, mood, postpartum recovery…I could go on and on.”
While her husband has set his eyes on another Super Bowl and making history in the NFL, Brittany is ensuring the healthy arrival of their third baby.

Likewise, it wasn’t the first time that Brittany shared her workout videos during her 3rd pregnancy. Just a few days ago, she took to her Instagram handle and shared an adorable video captioned “The best workouts.” In the video, Brittany was seen working out with her daughter, Sterling, sitting on her head. And sure, Sterling had found the best spot to cheer for her mom – right on the top of her head.
While pregnancy can be exhausting, as Brittany confirmed herself, she’s totally determined not to miss out on any workout. Not to forget that the 29-year-old had injured her back last year due to pelvic floor issues. “I obviously worked out my whole life so I had kids and then I’m like, ‘Oh I’ll just keep working out how I’ve always worked out, I’m fine.’ Well, I hurt my back.” Brittany shared her injury incident on the Whoop podcast. And here she comes, making every life count.

As she is in her final weeks of pregnancy, Brittany has decided to miss out on some of her husband’s games – say, the Christmas game against the Steelers. And the couple is hoping to welcome their kid during Patrick’s week off. “Hopefully, God works the right way and maybe we can have the baby on the bye week somewhere and then everything will work out perfectly,” the QB said.
Honestly, we can say it’ll be a perfect time for the Mahomes household to welcome their little girl before the postseason kicks off!
