The Miami Dolphins are battling it out with the Las Vegas Raiders in a fast-paced nail-biter. Mike McDaniel had a lot of hope for today’s game, but the walls have come trickling down on the fins. De’Von Achane and Tyreek Hill came out of their injuries, but again, they are not a part of this game anymore.

De’Von Achane was confident and excited about his return from a week 5 injury against the New York Giants. He finally recovered from his knee injury to participate in this game, but things didn’t work out for him. After Achane, Tyreek Hill also took a hit and went down to the locker room.

Achane just can’t catch a break and gets injured in the first quarter, roughly 9 minutes into the game. He was seen limping on the sidelines, possibly due to an injured knee, and was escorted to the locker room by the trainers. The RB was activated ahead of the game, but his return to the game remains questionable. He managed to get the ball twice before he was ruled out of the game.

The same looks to be the case with Tyreek Hill. He can be seen around the sidelines with his hands severely taped up. He looks to be trying his best to stay in the game, but Miami is not taking any chances with its players. Hill was knocked down in the second quarter, post which he started walking off the field.

For now, Hill got back in the game just before halftime, in pain, yet still moving forward. It was great watching the return of Achane, but despite his amazing stats, luck had something else in store for him.

The rookie RB is making waves in the NFL by becoming the only player with more than 40 carries, with 4. Also, he’s tied with Raheem Mostert and Colts’ RB Zack Moss with over 20 carries, with six. Achane was activated for practice on Monday and was showing promise ahead of the game, but things have changed now, and he is out for the game. The RB recorded 12.1 yards per carry this season and has 5 touchdowns to his name.

Just when we thought the Miami team hit the double whammy, Hill decided to make it back to the game. Tua Tagovailoa might face some difficulties in finding targets for his throws in this game, but for now, the Dolphins are on the greener side of the grass. Hopefully, the fins will persevere.
