On July 14, 2024, Bo Nix, the QB for the Broncos, and his wife, Izzy, bought a 6,551-square-foot house in Castle Rock’s private neighborhood, The Village at Castle Pines with a whopping budget of $4 million. Reportedly, Bo Nix bought this luxurious property which has a five-bedroom and seven-bath from former New England Patriots and New York Giants RB Shane Patrick-Henry Vereen.
Property records show that Vereen paid $600,000 for the property in 2016 when purchasing it from Sterling Custom Homes. The house was built in 2018, and on April 11th, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty advertised it for $4.2 million. However, now let’s see what the interior looks like!
