The New York Jets’ official YouTube channel uploaded a press conference video featuring Robert Saleh. The head coach claimed that Rodgers’ recovery shouldn’t be a source of their motivation. Known for his blunt comments, Saleh added the team should already be motivated.
Saleh said, “We should already be motivated to be our best, and that’s what we’re trying to train. And a lot of young guys on that offensive side of the ball who are trying to, who are had just head above water with regards to the scheme, so they’re, you know, to help them focus on. The things that actually make. Scheme and football, come to life, is our style of play.”
However, the Jets are struggling in Rodgers’ absence. After switching two quarterbacks, the Jets are still on a quest for revival, and there are no signs of optimism.
