It was 2020 and the then Packers star QB Aaron Rodgers was pushing the team to pick a WR in the draft. Then out of nowhere, rumors started flying that the Packers might be looking for a new QB. Rodgers wasn’t too worried about it, figuring it wasn’t gonna happen. But then, bam! The Packers traded him. And then, the Packers named Jordan Love their starting QB.
The move caught everybody off guard, let alone Aaron Rodgers. The entire NFL world was talking about it. Initially, Rodgers wasn’t too happy about it, as he recalled, “I looked down at my phone and my agent just texted me: ‘Quarterback.’ And I was like, ‘No f*****g way. Then the pick happened, and I immediately got off the couch and was super non-reactive. And I just went to pour myself some tequila and went back to the couch and knew there would be some interesting conversations.” But with time, Rodgers seems to have moved on from this, as he praises Packers QB Jordan Love on Pat McAfee‘s show.

“Jordan Love has had another really solid season and I love watching him play. He’s accurate with the football and he’s making good decisions,” said the veteran QB. It looks like the Jets’ QB has no bitter feelings toward Jordan. And honestly, there’s no reason for him to hold grudges against him. It was the management that decided to trade Rodgers away.
When one of the speakers on the show brought up how some people are comparing Jordan Love to former Packers QB Brett Favre. Rodgers said Favre had a habit of turning the ball over a lot. But Jordan Love didn’t do that, even early on. Whoa! Looks like the QB’s got a lot of love for his former teammate.
The Packers‘ QB is proving Aaron Rodgers right with every win, but the real question is, can they make it to the playoffs?
Jordan Love’s Packers playoff hopes are still uncertain

In week 15, the Jordan Love-led Packers handed the Seattle Seahawks a bitter defeat (30-13) on their home turf. The QB scored two touchdowns racking for 229 yards. The entire Lumen Field was chanting ‘go Pack go’ as their defense stepped on the field. This win put them at the number three spot in the NFC North. Now, with 10 wins under their belt, their chances are looking a lot better than they were in week 14. Plus, they’ve got three games left (so yeah, pretty much a 99% chance). But hey, this is the NFL, and that 1% could still throw a curveball. Looks like it’s about to be a big test for Jordan Love.
If they lose their remaining games, they cannot even be a wild card contender let alone the playoff. Among these three games, the Packers have one against the Vikings, and they’ve already tasted defeat at their hands earlier this season. And in a few games, they’ve messed up in spots they really shouldn’t have, especially on offense. Honestly, a lot of teams this season seem to be struggling with their offensive lineups. Anyway, Jordan Love and Co. have also fallen short against their divisional rivals, the Lions and Vikings (as mentioned earlier). So yeah, this isn’t going to be an easy one.

Well, at least the fans won’t have a boring season. And the Packers fans might just make the wins happen with ‘Go Pack Go’ chants.
