Buffalo Bills’ new rookie WR Keon Coleman’s first press conference was a show of humility, candidness, and shopping savviness. It seems his humble beginnings have kept him grounded even after signing a $10 million deal with the team. Coming from Florida State, he’s touted by many as the next great wide receiver in the NFL.

The 2024 second-round pick out of Florida State wore a yellow puffy coat when first addressing the media in Buffalo. He later explained that the jacket is cheaper during the summer compared to Thanksgiving. He further stated that he buys his coats from Macy’s clearance sale, and plans to go back and buy more in red and blue. Reacting to this Nike USA prepared a fun surprise for the WR.

To his surprise, Coleman got a red, blue, and an orange jacket from the brans. He said, “This is my favorite right here.” looking at the orange one. He then went on to wear the orange jacket and pose in it.

It was a pleasant relief for the reporters as well, who found Coleman’s humility quite endearing. They were encouraging his talks and engaging with him in a clearly amused way. The rookie also revealed that he loves the waffles so much that he had to have the chef’s number. After the press conference, he even went ahead to enquire if he could get a bite. When informed he could, he not only took a cookie but gave one to a media member as well.
