Bill Belichick has been making waves lately. After a sour exit from the Patriots, the 8x Super Bowl coach saw criticism from The Dynasty: New England Patriots. But ESPN’s latest piece on the coach, Inside Bill Belichick’s failed job hunt, has been turning heads all around the internet.
Now, people can’t help but wonder where the second-most-winning coach might land in the future or if he would even return to the league. In the wake of the chatter, some information about Bill Belichick joining the Dallas Cowboys is surfacing, but it comes with many terms and conditions attached.

A segment in the show pointed to Belichick’s close friend admitting to the media that Belichick would never join the NFL “unless it’s [for] Jerry Jones.” However, the show hosts think Belichick’s Cowboys success would only come under certain conditions.
Chris Broussard of the show said that the union will only be successful if the Cowboys patch things up with their quarterback. “Yes, under one condition. You bring back Dak [Prescott].” Broussard pointed out that the great Cowboys defense, paired with receivers like CeeDee Lamb, will be a catalyst for Belichick and the team to win games.
Nick Wright of the show immediately agreed to the assessment and added a few items. He outrightly pointed out that he disagreed with Belichick’s friend’s statement about the coach. Wright also explained why the teams need the veteran coach now more than ever.
“Every team out there whose coach just bungles the new kickoff rules; just like oh my God, they got us again, every coach that can’t figure out the time score situation, it would be true when people are like; ‘hmm maybe should have at least invited Belichick in for a meeting, picked his brain,'” said Wright about the coach.
But Belichick joining the Cowboys might be a fantasy for some.

How viable is it for Belichick to join the Cowboys?
Belichick has displayed some sternness, which might create blocks and insecurities with his colleagues. Another thing the Cowboys are big on is exhibitionism, which Belichick might not stand for and might go back and forth with the management because, for him, football comes first.
In the conversation earlier, Broussard mentioned how Stephen Jones is great at managing personnel, which would help Belichick take some edge off. That’s because the veteran coach had to manage many things alone during his time with the Pats.
