Quinn’s coaching history is solid. He led the Atlanta Falcons from 2015-2020, helping them soar to a 43-42 record and clinch a spot in the playoffs. Plus, his stint with the Cowboys saw them hitting the postseason three times in a row. Reporter Albert Breer had pointed out his knack for building a winning team culture and snagging top-notch coaching talent.

But here’s the interesting part. Quinn’s past collaboration with offensive genius Kyle Shanahan. He’s now rocking it as the head coach for the San Francisco 49ers, is turning heads. Back in Atlanta, they cooked up success together, winning the NFC and even snagging a MVP award for quarterback Matt Ryan.
