Patrick Mahomes visited the Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire on Sunday, July 7, in collaboration with the Alpine F1 team. The French team shared the news and updates on Instagram, collaborating with the Chiefs’ quarterback. They announced the arrival of the three-time Super Bowl champ and also arranged a ride for the QB guest. Mahomes shared this on his official IG post tagging the team, and writing: “Silverstone @alpinef1team.” In the uploaded video, Mahomes can be seen prepping for a ride in an Alpine F1 car, which is reportedly worth $86,482, in a ‘hot lap’ race.

Mahomes’ expressions in the video clearly depicted that he was enjoying his ride with the car driver, as he also kept exclaiming, “Ohhhh Yeahhhh” and “Wooohooo!” He also can be heard saying, “That is freakin’ insane man” about the thrilling ride. However, his excitement took another level when after boarding off the car after the ride, Mahomes saw his no. 15 on the vehicle. He said, “I see what they do that there,” with a smile on the honor he received from the Alpine owner. To make the video interesting, Mahomes added Kayne West’s song “Touch the Sky” to the video.

Besides taking a ride himself, the 28-year-old also witnessed the event for which he was there. However, it eventually turned into a failing impression.
