Is Hailee Steinfeld the Bills' secret weapon, or just a lucky charm for Josh Allen?

Maybe Taylor Swift isn’t the only hot celebrity attending NFL games this year. As Josh Allen’s girlfriend, actress Hailee Steinfeld has a fan following of her when it comes to catching Bills games this season. Although the couple has only been spotted a few times in public, Steinfeld was last seen cheering Allen against the Dolphins.

Helping the Bills win 30-27 on Monday Night in Buffalo, Allen recorded 3 TDs with 235 passing yards with his partner in the stands. Well, she wasn’t alone, as Allen’s best friend, Formula 1 Star, Daniel Ricciardo, was also in attendance. It was an Instagram story shared by Zach Ashley where Steinfeld and Ricciardo were captured side by side with all smiles. While Steinfeld wore a black vintage USS Bills’ hat with a red scarf, Ricciardo had a “Go Bills Go” hat on himself.

Seeing Steinfeld and Ricciardo together at the game takes us back to the first time Hailee attended a Bills game. She was captured sitting beside Allen’s best friend in London. Yes, the Spider-Man actress traveled to the UK to watch Allen take on the Jaguars last season. However, the concern is Steinfeld has only been captured at home games this season. Even last week, when the Bills took on the Colts in Indianapolis, Steinfeld was nowhere to be seen.

Although she could avoid showing up on away trips, Steinfeld has been a constant support whenever the Bills are in Buffalo. And seeing them take on the unbeaten Chiefs on Sunday, Hailee would surely be there to cheer upon her boyfriend. As for Allen, he is on pace to break a franchise record after missing out last week.

Josh Allen all set to etch his name in the Bills’ record books

Allen only needed three TDs to take his tally over 244 playing for the Bills in the NFL. However, he failed to score even one when they faced off against the Colts last Sunday. Instead, he threw two interceptions while the Bills still managed to win 20-30. Only in his seventh year in the NFL, Josh Allen is all set to surpass Hall of Famer QB Jim Kelly for most TDs in Buffalo’s history.

Although this would be an incredible achievement, Allen only needed 105 career games to stand in this position. While Kelly was already playing his 160th game when the score touched 244. Those numbers shouldn’t distract you from the fact that Allen is a much-improved player than Kelly. He only managed to score 7 rushing TDs. And Allen, within the same timeline, rushed for 56TDs, thereby showing his athleticism whenever needed.

Well, it isn’t the only record that Allen could break against the Chiefs on Sunday. As he needs to score just one rushing TD to match O.J. Simpson’s rushing TD tally in Buffalo. Although people could wonder whether Allen can throw 4 TDs in a single game, he has already done so this season. Against the Cardinals and Jaguars, Allen recorded 4 end zone scores. With Steinfeld set to appear in Buffalo on Sunday, it could be a special moment. If Allen somehow manages to throw 4 TDs, then Steinfeld could witness her boyfriend enter the franchise record books this week.
