You might be wondering what the ‘anniversary‘ we’re teasing is all about. If you’re been following Steinfeld-Allen, then you know they started dating somewhere around May of last year. Well, it’s nothing to do with their relationship. It’s actually all about Steinfeld’s personal newsletter, Beau Society. In an Instagram post today, she celebrated the newsletter’s 11 week ‘anniversary,’ promoting it and thanking her fans for their support. In the meantime, Josh Allen’s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Williams, had a fun story post on her Instagram. The story features a picture of her seated in a car with her arm wrapped around her dog, Sky, a silver lab.

Again, there’s more to the story if you’ve been following Josh Allen for a while. Though Sky seems to be Williams’ dog now, she adopted him in 2021, when she was still with Allen. It’s clear from social media that the two bonded a lot. Apparently Sky even used to have little cameos when Josh Allen appeared on Kyle Brandt’s show on YouTube. A dog can’t understand a human breakup. It’s not a concept that makes sense to them. Sky just had to say goodbye to Allen one day, a sobering thought.

Maybe the fact he was missing Sky is what drove him to attend a pet adoption event with Steinfeld. Getting a pet together’s a pretty big deal. It’s a commitment, kind of like a half proposal, you know? Now, this isn’t the first time Josh Allen’s got a dog with a girlfriend, of course. The experience with Williams and Sky has already taught him what separation can bring, so this is a sign he views his relationship with Steinfeld positively.

Will Josh Allen give Steinfeld something to celebrate this year?

Not that getting a puppy together isn’t something to celebrate, but what else is on the cards? Steinfeld had a diamond ring on at the Golden Globes earlier this year, raising eyebrows. When attention was drawn to it, she just commented, “I got a cute little doe going,” referring to the deer-shaped stone. It’s like they can’t go a month without sparking rumors of engagement, now nearly a year and a half into their relationship. It doesn’t help when Steinfeld makes posts where she’s clearly in Allen’s mansion, suggesting she’s been staying over.

Of course, the celebration might come on the field instead. With how things have been going for the Buffalo Bills, they look almost guaranteed a playoff spot. They currently lead AFC East 5-2, next highest being the Dolphins at 2-4. And Josh Allen’s had a massive role to play in that. He’s been remarkably consistent. Over 7 games, he’s thrown 1483 yards, at nearly 212 yards a game. On top of the 12 touchdown passes, he’s had 3 rushing touchdowns, and he’s not thrown a single interception yet.

And Steinfeld’s been his rock through it all, showing up to nearly every Bills game this year so far. That’s not nothing when you have a full-time gig as a model, actress, and musician.
