Amid her Eras Tour, which spans across five continents and has 149 shows, Taylor Swift still finds time to catch up with things happening in Hollywood. This time, it’s Channing Tatum’s new movie ‘Blown Away ‘ that is slated to hit the theatres on August 23rd. Directed by Tatum’s fiance, Zoe Kravitz, the 14-time Grammy award winner was seemingly blown away by watching the movie.
Sharing a story on her Instagram, Taylor expressed the rollercoaster of emotions she felt by watching the film, “This film is incredible. Thrilling, twisted, wickedly funny, and visually stunning. The performances are phenomenal.” In her caption, she also praised Kravitz for the work she did on the story by tagging her and expressing, “Zoe Kravitz conceptualized this, wrote it, obsessed over every detail and directed it with such a clear and bold vision.”
Even Kravitz talked about the dedication she put into bringing this story to the big screen, “The script evolved in very cool ways.” But the director also pointed out that the #MeToo conversations played a huge role in the plot evolution. Citing her reason, Tatum’s fiance added, “The subject matter is so ancient, it’s power, the oppression of women. It’s the most basic thing in the world.”

Meanwhile, Taylor also pointed out how she wants everyone to discover this film, “I can’t wait to watch everyone discover this film and this brilliant filmmaker.” As Zoe makes her directorial debut after having recently played the role of Catwoman in the Batman (2022). Well, Taylor did receive her own praises, a few months back from Channing Tatum.
Appearing on Jimmy Falcon, The Tonight Show, the Blown Away lead actor shared his experience from the Eras Tour show at Sofi Stadium, “I was a fan of the music because I’ve listened to her forever, but I did not know she was such an unstoppable force.” But Tatum didn’t stop on the experience he had from the Eras Tour, as he opened up on a quality that most of us might not know about Taylor Swift.
“She’ll make you, like, a dinner, and like whip it up no problem. Like homemade Pop-Tarts. Like warm, warm Pop-Tarts. I’m like, Did you just make these? How are these warm?” Tatum shared. Well, we didn’t even know about this personal and sweet side of the singer who has a Prime Time Emmy Award to her name.
However, Taylor Swift isn’t the only one who is garnering all the attention in Hollywood as her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is poised to make his film debut.

Travis Kelce gears up for his Hollywood debut
The Kansas City Chiefs TE, who is aiming for a 3-peat this season, might have landed himself a role in a Hollywood movie. Kelce will be starring in “Loose Cannons,” an action comedy film that will be produced by Chad Stahelski, known for his John Wick series. Diving into the plot, the movie features two cops, as the title suggests, two loose cannons who are forced to partner together because of budget cuts. As the duo find themselves tangled in low-profile cases that other cops refuse.
But this is not the first time the Chiefs TE has appeared on the big screen, as he was seen in an episode of Moonbase 8 in 2020. Later on, he also hosted the Saturday Night Live back in March 2023. However, his progress towards Hollywood movies can be traced to the contract he signed with the entertainment agency CAA in 2023. Yet another recent project that Kelce might be a part of is the reboot of the renowned game show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader.”
Elsewhere, Kelce has maneuvered a major acting role in Ryan Murphy’s Grotesquerie, an upcoming horror series to be released by the FX network. With a release date of September 25th, the fans of the TE will see him in a lead role for the first time.
