It’s been over a week, and the LA wildfires are still raging, turning Southern California into a battleground against nature’s fury. With flames continuing to displace tens of thousands and experts warning of prolonged evacuations, the road to recovery feels miles away. Yet, even amidst the devastation, stories of resilience and support shine through. Across the nation, people are coming together to aid those affected—and leading by example is Erin Andrews, proving that compassion knows no boundaries.
During the wild-card matchup between the Eagles and the Packers, Andrews, along with veteran Fox broadcaster Kevin Burkhardt, announced a campaign for the affected people. See, Andrews and Burkhardt are both natives of Los Angeles, and they decided to do whatever they could to help people out there in California. Both reporters are now working with the Red Cross to raise funds for the people in California.
And a couple of hours ago, Andrews shared an update on the campaign. She took to her official Instagram handle and shared a story for a reminder of their campaign. “Kevin Burkhardt and myself, we have partnered with the Red Cross, trying to do whatever we can to help those affected by the wildfires out here in California,” Andrews shared in her Instagram story.

“Basically. I will provide the link here. But if you donate to the site, (that) I’m gonna attach right here, you are entered in a chance to be a part of this raffle.” And guess what? Helping people out there in LA can grant anyone a chance to experience a weekend with the Fox reporters in the following NFL season.
“Get an entry to the raffle and the winner of the raffle will experience a weekend with us next year,” Andrews further mentioned. “Anywhere we are going with our crew, you’ll come out to dinner with us, you’ll go to the game. We’ll give you a behind the scenes experience. Be down with us…We are so desperate to try to help those out here in California and we thought this would be the best way to do it.” Andrews, who’s in the last year of her contract with Fox, is doing everything along with Burkhardt to ensure her fellow Los Angeles residents can get every possible help from their side.

“Let’s be honest: It’s been an absolutely horrific week,” Andrews said in her Instagram post shared on Sunday. “So we got to talking. What can we do to help? What can we do to give back? We’re actually working with the Red Cross.” Andrews was later joined by veteran Burkhardt, who further mentioned the details of the campaign with the fans.
“Yeah, we’re really lucky to do that,” Burkhardt responded. “And we’re hoping you’ll donate with us because we’re just so sad. For those in need, I know the Red Cross does an amazing job. If you donate even $10, you’ll have an opportunity to experience a game day behind the scenes with us next year.”

The kicker? According to the donation website, the winner of this campaign is going to have a memorable experience in the coming football season. And believe me, that includes some pretty great things. Two tickets to the game, a two-night stay in the hotel, and dinner with Erin Andrews and Kevin Burkhardt. And wait, that’s not all. The winner will get a tour of the stadium, pregame on-field access, and wear Erin Andrews merchandise.
As the firefighters in LA are fighting hard to contain the wildfires, fans can donate to make a change for the affected people in California.
