The Chiefs went against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week 9 of this season and Randi Mahomes was spotted wearing a MAGA hat from the private suite of the GEHA Arrowhead Stadium. Her support for Donald Trump has riled America up.

But that’s in the past and there’s nothing that can be done about it. If anything, the mother of 3x Super Bowl-winning QB couldn’t care any less about it. She has other things on her mind; for instance, her son’s soccer team KC Current going against the North Carolina Courage. Mahomes’ mother’s IG post was titled, “KC current for the win!!! Let’s go!!!” We can see her chilling out with Brittany Mahomes. Her grandchildren children Bronze and Sterling are in the frame too. They’re all rocking the Current gear. While Sterling looks more interested in what’s happening on the field, Bronze is giving a ‘surprised’ look to the camera.

That prompted Jackson Mahomes to comment, “Bronze cheesin.” But let’s come back to what happened in the game. The KC Current won the game 1-0 and now sit at 16-3 while Orlando Pride, Washington Spirit and Gotham FC are ahead of the Kansas City soccer team. Temwa Chawinga became the lone scorer of the game.

The KC team is 4 in the NWSL and will play against the Orlando Pride in the NWSL Semifinals on Nov 16/17. The game will be played in Inter & Co Stadium, and you can listen to it on KC Current Radio. But while her son’s $180 million team has only a few competitors in sight, Randi Mahomes getting a lot of flak is the talk of the town these days.

Ahead of the home matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Randi Mahomes did something that people are having a hard time forgetting. She was seen wearing a MAGA hat and seemed to be very enthusiastic about it.

“Make America Great Again. Let’s do it. Woo!” Randi Mahomes said and continued to do a little dance. Trump winning the election has divided America into two and certainly, the non-supporters of the current POTUS tried to slander Patrick Mahomes’ mother. As it happens, Randi Mahomes has turned off the comments on her social media posts to keep the disgruntled keyboard warriors at bay.

Maybe it’s working out perfectly for her. There are thousands of likes on her IG post after the NWSL game, but hardly ten comments on the post. She might not turn on the comments for a while, which makes sense. People are going to forget about Randi Mahomes’s political leanings after a while. But you might not forget how these women are changing the sport of football forever.
