Once again, Jerry Jones seemed to be in the middle of several things. The man previously had an issue with his head coach, Mike McCarthy. And it appears that he has to make another big decision with one of his key players. Ouch. But, it’s understandable that the general manager can be in such a dilemma. The billionaire’s decision, however, is the one which we all should be concerned about right now. But first, take a look at the new problem that has arrived with the injury of Dak Prescott.
Many fans are already aware that the Cowboys suffered the season’s most significant setback. Their in-form QB, Dak Prescott, was injured during the loss to the Falcons. The quarterback hurt his hamstring, which is not looking good at the moment. Because his team is already out, many people have suggested keeping him off the field after his comeback. But if that happens, it clearly signifies that Jerry Jones has given up this season. This topic was also discussed in the Gojo and Golic show.
On the show, Mike Golic said, “So, it’s going to be, does the team take the helmet away from Dak and say you know what you are gonna sit down, you have been medically cleared to play but we feel it’s your best in interest to sit the rest of the season. And that would obviously waving the white flag saying we are done.”

.@golic says it’ll be hard to keep Dak off the field once he has healed from his injury. Should Dallas sit him for the future?

Looking at the scenario, Jerry Jones should really consider this through. Assuming the quarterback plays, there is a risk of another injury. As you may recall, hamstring strains may always be season-threatening. But if the billionaire decides to bench him, would Dak Prescott let it happen?
Would Dak Prescott really gonna let Jerry Jones bench him?

This was another thing that was discussed at the same show. The argument brought up in front of us is that a healthy athlete would hate to be benched. Mike Golic and Mike Golic Jr. have both stated that when any player returns, he wants to play. Whether it is at the start of the season, midway through, or at the conclusion.
What’s your perspective on:
Is benching Dak Prescott a sign of surrender, or a smart move for the Cowboys' future?
Have an interesting take?
They claimed, “Athletes want to play in their sport once they get back from injury, no matter what the record is.”
And who are we kidding? We’re talking about the offensive captain, Dak Prescott. The dude has 184 successful passes for 1978 yards and 11 touchdowns. These are just outstanding figures, and a player in this category would not want to be a water boy man. Jerry Jones needs to think about this decision carefully and present a compelling justification for whatever he decides.

The Dallas Cowboys now have three wins and five defeats, and Mike McCarthy wants to finish the season strong. We’re all aware that a sword is currently hanging over his career. Which he’d want to protect with a nice finish to this season. And obviously, he would need Dak Prescott for it. This means that the HC would not bench him if he did not want to watch the next season from home.
This was all about the Dak Prescott dilemma which Jerry Jones has. What do you all believe Jones should do? Bench the quarterback or not?
