Brittany Mahomes pushing through rehab while pregnant—Is she the ultimate example of strength and dedication?

Brittany Mahomes is a fitness freak and we all love it. The fans keep getting a glimpse of her and Patrick’s life through her social media account. On July 13, Brittany shared the good news of her pregnancy, as the mommy took to her Instagram to post a heartwarming carousel featuring the couple with their two children. The caption read, “Family of five coming soon.” Since then, the fans have been buzzing with excitement.

To keep herself and her baby healthy, Brittany has been doing all the right things. But, it is a tough row to hoe. We all know how Britanny suffered a back injury in March and recovered from it in May, hitting the gym again. However, recovery is a journey that doesn’t end overnight. Even though her back has healed, she’s taking extra steps now that she’s pregnant. She’s focusing on strengthening her back to make sure she’s ready for the months ahead.

We often see her sharing her workout photos and videos, inspiring all of us to stay in shape. Yesterday too, Brittany shared another workout video on Instagram, originally posted by her fitness trainer Kristy Rae. In the video, the QB’s wife could be seen doing a hamstring workout with a resistance band. The caption of the Instagram story read, “A little glow-up for your traditional bird dogs. We love the hamstring work.” Mrs. Mahomes’ dedication to her health is truly inspiring, especially during her pregnancy.

The exercise that Brittany was doing, engages deep core muscles and strengthens back and shoulders, reducing back pain. It is also beneficial for balance and stability. Brittany is herself a certified personal trainer and a fitness entrepreneur. The mama understands the importance of maintaining her health and fitness, especially as she prepares to welcome her third child.

Brittany Mahomes fractured her back in early March. Ouch! It hurts just to think about it. Right after her fracture, Mrs Mahomes took to social media to remind all her followers to take care of their pelvic floor, especially after having kids. It took her about two months to fully recover from her back injury. By May 24, the NFL player’s wife happily announced that her back had completely healed. And it was such a relief for fans to see Britanny make a comeback.

To confirm that she had completely healed, Brittany shared her health update on her Instagram story on June 13, as she posted a video from Kirsty Rae, to tell the fans that her back pain was finally behind her. In the video, she could be seen doing even overhead lifts with lighter weights.

Mrs. Mahomes is the ultimate combination of a supportive wife, a caring momma, and a fitness enthusiast. Patrick and Brittany are expanding their family with a baby girl soon joining their existing family of two children, Sterling and Bronze. In another Instagram post, the mommy uploaded a sweet video showing her baby bump, as the caption read, “Round three, here we come!”

Even while pregnant, Brittany has no plans to skip her fitness routine.
