If this wasn’t enough to threaten the safety of players on both teams, there has also been a disease spike in the country, primarily as a result of the wildfires. Pneumonia, rhinitis, and conjunctivitis are just a few on the list.

On top of everything, one of the athletes on the Philadelphia Eagles team is already not excited to be a part of the match. It’s not that Darius Slay doesn’t wish to compete for his team in its home game, but because of the restrictions imposed on the people visiting Brazil. The NFL pre-informed the players not to exit their hotels for long periods because of the crime rate in the country. This is why Slay has prohibited his family from coming to watch the match. Moreover, he doesn’t want to attend it either.
