The digital security of prominent public figures has come under scrutiny of late. This comes right after a recent hacking incident involving the Instagram account of “15 and the Mahomies,” a charity organization spearheaded by the Chief’s QB Patrick Mahomes.

This cyber intrusion reportedly originating from Las Vegas, coincided with a critical time as the Chiefs prepare for a game against the Raiders. The famous NFL insider Dov Kleiman first reported this breach on his social media. Kleiman reported that someone had hacked 15 and Mahomie’s Instagram account. He captioned, Someone from Vegas hacked the 15 and the Mahomies IG account. What an embarrassing move by this hacker before they face the #RaiderNation on Monday.”

The charity page’s bio was changed to the bio of ‘Vegas Auto Gallery.’ The incident has sparked a broader conversation among the public and fans. This wasn’t the first time something like this happened. Earlier too, a famous NFL star’s Instagram was hacked.
