Things just got worse for the Las Vegas Raiders after the game against the Detroit Lions. The team lost to the Lions in a 26-14 game. Davante Adams has been in the spotlight after the game concluded, as he was seen throwing his helmet in an utterly disappointed way. Amid this, the Raiders RB Josh Jacobs made a comment that raised questions about the Raiders.

There are also questions about Josh McDaniels and his ability to lead the team as the Raiders battle with serious offense problems and nobody seems to be bothered about it. Rather, they are just frustrated. Even the fans can’t see the Raiders play in what is arguably the worst season for the team. It seems like Jacobs is also fed up with the Raiders.

After a disappointing loss, the questions flooded around the team and the Raiders’ management as well. Yet again, Dov Kleiman raised some serious issues at play. Josh Jacobs was asked for input about how to improve the Raiders’ offense. The answer he gave was too short of any kind of enthusiasm. “That ain’t my job” is what Josh Jacobs had to say about the situation. At this point, we can only speculate as to what is wrong with the team.

It may be that the Raiders squad has lost faith in Josh McDaniels as a leader. Or maybe the Raiders as a team seriously need some revamping. Adding on top of that, it is not clear where the reply from Jacobs stems from. Is it his frustration with the coaching staff and the management? Does he not get along with his teammates? Or is he just playing along with what is asked of him?

It is difficult to say because the Raiders are in shambles right now because they haven’t been able to make past 20 points in a single game this season. Adding to the troubles, there are also some issues with Davante Adams that need to be looked at.

The game left Davante Adams upset. Upset is a polite word to use in this context, as fans could see what he was actually feeling on the field. He joined the Raiders because of his friend Derek Carr, but things didn’t work out with Raiders and Carr. The team let Derek Carr go, but not Davante Adams. Since then, he hasn’t found his balance with the team and to make matters worse; the Raiders are not letting him leave.

Fans and NFL Pundits say that Davante Adams is wasting his career with the Raiders as the veteran surely deserves better. To add to his turmoil, the trade deadline is nearing its last stages and only a miracle could help him get out of this mess. In this game, Adams came out with 0 touchdowns, and 5.3 receptions over 51.5 yards. The worst part about all this is, his performance suffers at the hands of his teammates. The Raiders are now 3rd in the AFC West standings.
