Jason Kelce’s journey is marked by a Super Bowl victory and a nod as a finalist for “Sexiest Man of the Year”. Now, with a potential Emmy recognition on the horizon, Kelce’s list of achievements might just keep growing. This comes hot on the heels of his podcast clinching the title of “iHeartRadio Podcast of the Year”. Kelce’s post-retirement life is anything but quiet. Since bidding an emotional farewell to a 13-year legacy with the Eagles, the spotlight, it appears, refuses to dim on him.
But he would not be the first to make a splash on the sports scene and in the entertainment industry. Patrick Mahomes had also been nominated at the Emmy for a series featuring him and other NFL quarterbacks.

This documentary, which became an instant hit on the streaming service, shattered records to become Prime Video’s most-watched documentary to date in October. Reflecting on this milestone, the Kelce brothers shared a light-hearted moment in a recent New Heights podcast episode. Jason Kelce quipped, “By the way, number one documentary of all time. Did you see that? How crazy is that? All because of you and me, doesn’t have anything to do with this Taylor Swift drama.” Travis chimed in, saying that everybody loves family drama. “Everybody is just so interested in the family dynamic.”
For the “Outstanding Long Documentary” other nominations include Netflix’s The Deepest Breath, Vimeo on Demand’s Full Circle, and others. Meanwhile, in the editing arena, it’s up against HBO’s Hard Knocks: Training Camp with The New York Jets and more. However, Jason Kelce’s brother’s teammate will be at the show as well.
