The Cincinnati Bengals are in a quarterback crisis right now, and they will go against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a couple of days. First, it was Joe Burrow with the wrist injury, and now, dark clouds loom above Jake Browning. Browning, who was inducted into the Bengals this year as a rookie, was the Bengals’ hope to replace their QB1.

Ari Meirov came out with updates regarding the Bengals QB, Browning, and the already struggling Bengals team has one more dent in its offense. The Bengals are in heaps of trouble right now, and no, it’s not about the Jaguars game. They’re being investigated about the Joe Burrow injury, and more problems are piling up.

It’s a strange coincidence, as Burrow and Jake Browning are suffering the same injury. Some time ago, Burrow sustained a ligament tear on his right wrist and was ruled out for the entire season. Though he had his surgery last Monday, returning to this season seems impossible. Jake Browning was brought in to replace Burrow but also suffered the same fate. He was a full participant today, but it looks like he won’t be anymore.

It’s a bad time to be a Bengals QB, considering how they haven’t been transparent about Joe Burrow’s injury and are under investigation by the NFL. Jake Browning hasn’t played a lot of games this season. This was his chance to prove himself and maybe carry the Bengals to the playoffs, but it seems like that dream has been stifled. The Bengals are already 5-6 as of this season, and some of their key players have taken a hit.

It’s rumored that Joe Burrow was forced to play against the Baltimore Ravens, and the fans, the NFL, and the media eventually caught on to it. So, the Bengals are also getting a lot of backlash from the fans. Burrow’s replacement has put off dismal numbers in the season so far.

For many, the answer to this question may be obvious, and it is a negative, mostly. Why? Because he hasn’t played a lot of games this season. He only has 295 passing yards this season with an interception and two touchdowns. This is not impressive, to say the least.

It’s unclear whether Jake Browning will play against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the bout. For now, we can wait for the judgment day and see what the Bengals do to win against the Jaguars and safeguard their QB.
