Brittany Mahomes' surprise for Patrick—Is she the real MVP behind the Chiefs' success?

Kansas City Chiefs and their star QB Patrick Mahomes stole the show against Cincinnati Bengals. This magic happened when Kicker Harrison Butker made a 51-yard field goal in the last three seconds when the team was trailing by only 2 points. But this was not the only highlight of the show.

The game is in the limelight for two reasons, one is the Chiefs’ controversial 26-25 win. Another was when his wife Brittany Mahomes and children came to cheer him up. Forgetting about all the accusations #1QB reshared his wife’s post on his Instagram with three hearts. Maybe the three hearts denote Mrs Mahomes flaunting her baby bump in a Chanel dress and their babies who came to support him. Looking at a Bronze you can say he is fully enjoying the limelight wearing a Chiefs jersey, but Sterling looks a bit exhausted, snuggling closer to her mama.

And if you see the other picture QB shared, you can easily figure out their 3-year-old does not like being around the camera as much as her other family members. Whereas Bronze very much likes it, be it his father’s stories of his mama’s photo dump, the 18-month-old is having the best time. The kid made probably all the different poses he knows smiling at the camera and kissing his father.

However, Mahomes might have stolen the show on the field. Brittany Mahomes’ IG is the best place to get the best insight into the game and their family moments. Other than the photo dump, Patrick reshared Brittany’s story of holding her baby bump as she looked at the camera. And that’s not it, for those who might be wondering why their baby girl is all sad and dull, Mrs. Mahomes explained it by writing, “She ain’t a fan of hot games” followed by a story adoring her saying she still looks “so cute.”

But Sterling isn’t the only one who is in a bad mood. Bengals’ legend T.J. Houshmandzadeh was unhappy with whatever happened on the field and called out the officials for favoring the Super Bowl champs.

The Bengals accused Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs of cheating

The game was going nice for the Bengals with a 23-25 score. But a penalty on Bengals’ rookie Daijahn Anthony in the last 48 seconds left in the fourth quarter changed the game completely. Another infraction was committed against WR Rashee Rice, who was open downfield during the fourth down. When Patrick threw the ball towards Rice, Anthony came to cover him and hit him just a second early.

Whether Antony’s coverage was right or wrong, the penalty ignited a debate. Bengals’ Houshmandzadeh posted “Give every game to the Chiefs rest of season. Refs in their favor every game. Why play the game if we know results beforehand?” on his X showing his frustration calling out both Refs and Chiefs. And it has still not been clear who is at fault.
