The odds of Russell Wilson staying at the Steelers are decreasing day by day. The HC already revealed that he saw Justin Fields as the starter in 2025. But NFL insider Adam Schefter claimed something else and said, “I was with Russell on Friday, and I’m just telling you, the tone that I got from him was entirely different than reports that are out there.”

It is hard to believe that the Steelers will repeat the 2024 decision. They signed Wilson to a 1-year, minimum $1.25 million contract in 2024. But the outcome for the season was the same.
