Dark clouds loom over Aaron Rodgers, and not because of a season-ending injury. This is because of something for which Rodgers is not usually targeted. His recent appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” is proving costly for him.
In his latest appearance on the show, injury-ridden Rodgers remarked on the comedian Jimmy Kimmel, calling out his name on the list of the controversial Jeffrey Epstein. This angered Kimmel, and he threatened to sue the quarterback for his words, as it hurt him and his family. And now the latest update on the matter is worsening the situation for the four-time MVP.

Aaron Rodgers often appears on the show, giving his political views and opinions on COVID-19 vaccines, NFL games, and more. But this time, his opinion might cost him heavily, and he is also likely to pull Pat McAfee and broadcasters on the risk. This week, on Tuesday, Rodgers appeared in the show, where AJ Hawk asked his views about the late Epstein’s list. To which, A-Rod replied, “A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn’t come out. I’ll tell you what, if that list comes out, I definitely will be popping some sort of bottle.“
NEW: Quarterback Aaron Rodgers says he will pop “some sort of bottle” when the Epstein associates list is released and suggests Jimmy Kimmel will be named.

After this, Kimmel dropped a tweet, claiming that he would take this matter to court. And now, according to the reports, the incident might limit Rodgers’ appearance on ESPN’s Pat McAfee show. Disney owns ABC and ESPN. This is a tricky situation for McAfee, ESPN, and Disney.
In October, McAfee confirmed the news of the New York Jets QB Aaron receiving over $1 million for his appearance on the show. But now, as the controversy of Jeffrey Epstein-Jimmy Kimmel is going out of hand, the channel might limit Rodgers’ appearances on the show.
Meanwhile, Pat McAfee has issued an apology on the matter.
Pat McAfee apologized for Aaron Rodgers’ remarks!

McAfee continued, “I can’t wait to hear what Aaron has to say about it. Hopefully those two will just be able to settle this, you know, not work-wise, but be able to chit-chat and move along.” Interestingly, comedian Kimmel is a prominent figure in the Disney universe. The Pat McAfee Show, as broadcasted by ESPN, also is part of the universe.

Therefore, after Rodgers suggested a conspiracy involving Kimmel being mentioned in the documents related to Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, Disney might take action against the quarterback.
