Aaron Rodgers will never not speak his mind. If he does, yeah, that’s like a unicorn sighting. I mean, imagine that… The future Hall of Famer, holding back. That, folks, would only be in a multiverse of madness. And as Tuesday creeps up, Rodgers pulled punches. But what’s on Tuesday? Oh! The day for the Presidential Elections… also the deadline day (that many seem to be forgetting).
On the Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers had a zinger ready, just as McAfee loves it. The gunslinger went, “If you don’t know what to do on trade deadline. Just ask your favorite celebrity.” And then, he added, “My favorite is when the celebrity is bought and paid for by China.” Uh-Oh! Shots fired. Are you confused about what just happened? Well, don’t keep scratching your head.
A-Rod has just subtly called out the infamous LeBron James and Kamala Harris ‘collab’. But what about China? It’s hard not to think Rodgers might be throwing a pass toward King James, who recently endorsed Harris while staying mum on certain issues (humanitarian) in China.

Remember back in 2019, when James backed the Chinese government and disregarded the Rockets GM Daryl Morey’s remark: “Fight for freedom. Stand with Hong Kong.”? The superstar simply responded by saying that he does not think Morey was educated on the subject of what was going on back then. And that’s what A-Rod has picked on. Talk about a man with a memory. Yup, that’s the leader of Gang Green for you.
And it’s not just LeBron—Harris’ corner has a roster stacked with A-listers, from Taylor Swift to Robert Downey Jr. to Beyoncé, all firing up their fans in the week before the election. Picture Kamala commanding: “Avengers, assemble!” Yeah, same vibes.
So, is Aaron Rodgers against these endorsements? Yes, and no. He just does not want a partial voice—speak when it favors you, don’t speak up when it doesn’t.

Humanitarian issues need attention? Aaron Rodgers is the first to point them out. Lately, he’s been pretty vocal about how he thinks the US should prioritize its own citizens before sending massive aid packages overseas. You might’ve heard him mention Ukraine in particular, raising a few eyebrows with his take.
What’s your perspective on:
Should America prioritize its own citizens over foreign aid, as Aaron Rodgers suggests?
Have an interesting take?
Rodgers has openly criticized the Biden-Harris administration’s decision to funnel billions to Ukraine while parts of the States, like the Southeast, are still reeling from hurricane damage. “I don’t have a problem with Ukraine, at all,” Rodgers said as he added, “I just think there are a lot of problems in the United States that $180 billion could maybe help instead of fighting a proxy war.”
In his eyes, that money could be better spent on natural disaster relief at home, where he points out that FEMA’s efforts have been… well, less than stellar. Remember Hurricane Katrina? Rodgers hasn’t forgotten.

He’s not just talking generalities either. A-Rod seemed to reference recent hurricane impacts in states like Alabama, Georgia, and the Carolinas, where billions in damage still needs serious attention. “There’s people hurting who could use more than $600, $700,” he added. Further, calling out what he sees as a lack of substantial support for Americans in crisis.
So, does Rodgers have a point? Are we spreading resources too thin? You tell me. With Election Day just around the corner, it’s a debate that’s bound to spark more conversation. And the 40-year-old QB has just given the citizens to think about more pressing situations before they put down their votes.
