There is a punching bag kept on the left side of him. Hence, it seems like the Philadelphia Eagles star completed his boxing rounds with this bag. However, this is not the first time Brown has caught people’s attention for his notable jaw-dropping body transformation and fantastic shape. Earlier, in 2019, his mind-boggling snap with his former Ole Miss teammate D.K. Metcalf hit the mainstream from the conditioning program in Oxford. Micah Parson has recently made headlines for his excellent shape, as he revealed that he has been adopting a new training style to stay in shape. “I know I’m putting in the work. It more bothers me that people would think that I’m not doing everything I imagine possible to be the best player I can be to help win a championship. It’s more of that. . . . The greatness, the spirit, it’s all in me, and I want it more than anybody,” Micah Parson remarked.

The Philadelphia Eagles are now looking for a strong comeback this Super Bowl after a disappointing season last year. All eyes are set on the wide receiver A.J. Brown whose performances play an important role in the team’s success. Quarterback Jalen Hurts will continue to lean on Brown as his primary target. Brown, traded from Tennessee has significantly boosted his trajectory with the Eagles. He reached a career-high of 1,496 receiving yards in 2022, with 1,456 yards in 2023. Thus, consistency in his performances can be a silver lining for the Eagles this 2024 season.
