As the 2023 regular season progresses, we see a lot of close wins. First, it was the Texans against the Cincinnati Bengals, then it was the Cleveland Browns against the Baltimore Ravens. The Browns managed to squeeze a 33-31 win against the Baltimore team and LeBron James couldn?t have been more excited. We know that James was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and didn’t give them a shout out after they won against the Giants.

This got Skip Bayless in his feelings. From one Cowboys fan to another, Skip Bayless had a message for LeBron James and it was meant to call him out. For now, James is quiet and hasn?t clapped back at Bayless. However, leaving Bayless aside, James switching sides has irked the Cowboys fans as well.

The 4x MVP recently tweeted in support of the Cleveland Browns after they came up victorious against the Baltimore Ravens. This wouldn?t come as a surprise to many as LeBron James is an Ohio native. His cheering for the Browns makes sense. However, the tweet didn?t sit well with Skip Bayless, and he barely took 24 minutes to come up with a jab. What looks unnecessary to some, led to trolls against Bayless by NBA fans.

The tweet from King James said, ?YYYYYEEEEEE!!!! LET’S F** GOOOOOOOOOOOO #DawgPound?, after the Browns won the game where Dustin Hopkins helped lead the Browns?to a 33-31 comeback?victory over the Ravens.

Bayless replied to his tweet and said, ?I thought LeBron was supposed to be a Cowboy fan??? Truth is, we don’t want or need his bandwagon riding.?, implying that the Cowboys don?t need LeBron James cheering for them. This might have been a hasty take on Bayless? part because as a fan, James is allowed to cheer for whatever team he wishes. However, per Bayless, James switched sides.

One LeBron James fan commented, “Skip you?re just mad LeBron has never even mentioned you. So COPE.” Another wrote, Crying about LeBron when football is on.” Another hardcore NBA enthusiast wrote, “But you needed his likeness and name to make your career relevant so maybe you should just call it even old man.” One critic, however, mentioned, “That’s exactly what I just said on his post about rooting for the @Browns. They don’t want him being a bandwagon fan!”

LeBron James has continued to win the hearts of NFL fans with his apt NFL predictions. James, a three-time Olympic who entered his historic 21st NBA season with 48,080 total career points, now stole the spotlight among the NFL community by openly airing his Browns fandom in a conversation with the NFL and letting everyone know why he is not a Cowboys fan anymore.

Lebron James is all about his hometown team now!

A video on NFL on Prime on X confirms the suspicion that James is no longer a Cowboys fan. In an interview with Lil Dicky and Co., James confirmed Skip Bayless? suspicions. ?I?m a Browns fan now, my hometown, it?s been disgusting my whole life, but we have hope every year?.

James had a lot of respect for the Cowboys, but certain incidents changed his outlook toward the squad.

It was the fact that the team had a problem with their players taking a knee during the game. Also, some players were not allowed to express their concerns the way they wanted to and James was not up for this. He mentioned in an interview that he is a fan of CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons. However, James? main reason for not supporting the Cowboys is because they don?t align with his morals anymore.

In an October Instagram Live Session, LeBron James, who is equally good at analyzing NFL, stated: ?Nah, man. I had to sit out on the Cowboys, man. There?s just a lot of things that were going on when guys were kneeling. Guys were having freedom of speech and wanting to do it in a very peaceful manner. ? The organization was like, ?If you do that around here then you will never play for this franchise again.? I just didn?t think that was appropriate.?
