An iconic NBA image has now been reimagined, all thanks to Ravens QB Lamar Jackson’s latest social media flex. The former MVP took to social media to share a photoshopped version of Wilt Chamberlain’s iconic 100-point game photo.
In the edited pic, Jackson is the player on the court, rocking vintage threads, playfully suggesting he was the real OG behind that iconic alley-oop connection with a caption that reads: “Back when Wilt hit that 100 points really 110 but I threw that boi the first NBA alley. @kingjames this the one you and wade imitated right there.”
March 2, 1962, was the night Chamberlain etched his name into basketball’s history books by dropping an unprecedented 100 points against the Knicks. While visual proof is limited, the stats and eyewitness accounts firmly back up Wilt’s mind-boggling stat line of 36-63 FG, 28-32 FT to go along with 25 rebounds. American boxer Howard “HD” Davis caught wind of Lamar’s slick ‘Shop skills, reposting with the simple tag: “You a fool famo.”

8 years ago today, Morry Gash captured one of the most iconic NBA photos of all-time: Dwyane Wade celebrating while LeBron dunks behind him.

Lamar took the fun further by taking Lebron and claiming he and Wade imitated him in their own NBA legendary moment. Just ask Bron and D-Wade about that iconic fast-break photo from their Miami years, where Wade dishes a crispy no-look dime as James throws down a vicious tomahawk jam.
That seamless chemistry Wade and LeBron exhibited during their Miami years was truly one for the ages. As Wade himself broke down, “I looked away from the dunk…I took a quick peek, made sure it was him and not someone else, and I threw it.”
“You know I’d never seen the dunk, really? I looked away from the dunk… A bounce pass. The fundamentals of the game led to one of the most iconic moments.”

A bond so tight, so in sync, that a single glance was all it took to execute perfection. While just a playful edit, Jackson channeling that same cosmic vibe with his fictional “Wilt 110” reference shows how iconic moments can transcend across sports.

As cool as Lamar’s photoshopped courtside cameo is, the real magic will be his ongoing evolution as an NFL quarterback. Head coach John Harbaugh has made it clear the Ravens’ offense will look drastically different in 2024 as they continue exploring ways to maximize Jackson’s unique skillset. “It’ll look different, there’s no doubt about that,” Harbaugh stated in a recent press conference. “That’s the one thing we believe in – keeping it moving. You can never keep it the same.”
Despite Jackson’s historic 2023 campaign (3,678 pass yards, 67.2% completion, 24 TDs to go with 821 rush yards, and 5 more scores), Harbaugh envisions an even more potent attack this fall. The addition of bruising running back Derrick Henry only expands the possibilities, with Jackson and Henry poised to give defenses nightmares in RPO scenarios. As Harbaugh put it, “Lamar is going to play the way Lamar plays…I think Derrick Henry being there, plus Lamar, plus the other guys, it’s a good formula.”
