It seems Russell Wilson’s sports interest has been passed on to his stepson Future Wilson as well. Recently, the two attended the NBA All-Star Game this weekend in Indianapolis. Both father and son were seen sitting courtside and donning “West Team’s” jerseys. Interestingly, they were seen sitting beside the CEO of Fanatics, Michael Rubin, as shared by Wilson on his IG story.

Further, in the latest Instagram post by Wilson, he showed some crazy basketball skills of his son Future, who was seen coached by great basketball player Stephen Curry. In the video post, before the game tipped off, Stephen Curry could be seen coaching some shooting techniques on the court to Future, with Wilson recording the whole incident from the background.

Subsequently, the 9-year-old successfully scored some goals following Curry’s coaching, making Wilson proud. The “benched” quarterback shared this proud moment with his fans on his Instagram, with a caption: “Best Shooting Coach in the World. “Believe it! Believe it!” @stephencurry30 Grateful! #ProudDad.

After being benched by the Broncos, without playing his last few games, Russell Wilson, in the offseason, has now seemingly dropped a hint about his leaving the team. The quarterback put his massive mansion “Cherry Hills Village,” worth $25 million home, on sale recently, marking the end of the time in Denver. The impressive 20,000 sq. foot mansion, which broke the record of being the most expensive property sale in the Denver area, features four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, walk-in closets, an indoor swimming pool, offices, and a basketball court.

Wilson’s transition to the Broncos in 2022, didn’t bring the expected success, as the team struggled with a 5-12 record. This 2023 season, he again failed in scoring wins for his team, with a 7-8 record as a starter, and 26 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He was benched in the final two games, and the Broncos attribute it to his performance, while Wilson claimed it was related to his contractual dispute he refused to compromise on.
