Home/NFL

The Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints will be slugging it out in a few minutes, and the game couldn’t be more special. On one hand, there is a holiday spirit going into the game, and on the other, these teams are desperate for a spot in the playoffs. And to prove just how much this game means, we have a special guest who has arrived at the SoFi Stadium to watch the competition.

A video on X is doing numbers and shows the baseball legend Shoehei Ohtani on the sidelines. The video was circulated by none other than the NFL.

The tweet on X is captioned, “Shohei Ohtani has arrived at SoFi 🔥@RamsNFL” and shows Ohtani taking a stroll on the sidelines with a Rams jersey in his hand, rocking a leather jacket as he is accompanied by someone showing him the ropes.

Ohtani recently signed one of the biggest contracts in sports history with the LA Dodgers, and this might be the reason why he is interested in other things going on in Los Angeles. Even NFL Japan got excited and commented on the post. Maybe the arrival of this legend will give much much-needed confidence boost to the home team.

Also, Ohtani being there puts even more pressure on the Los Angeles Rams to put on a show for him and of course, win the game. If the Rams lose, it would be quite an embarrassment for Ohtani and this Los Angeles Football team. And by the looks of it, anything can happen because the Rams have an offense that’s ranked 9 in the NFL, whereas the Saints’ defense ranks 6 in the league.
