The Steelers’ defense has been bleak this evening against the Ravens. Mike Tomlin’s students held the Ravens at bay for almost two quarters with the defense they put up, with credit due to their safety in Eric Rowe. But on the last explosive play by the Ravens that ultimately led to their first TD of the night, the Steelers had to watch their safety walk off the pitch in agony.

So, what happened to Rowe? He is said to have injured his neck in a brutal clash as he hoped to stop the Baltimore attack in its tracks. But that unfortunately didn’t pan out in the way he or the Steelers would have wanted, as he is now questionable to return amidst dangling playoff hopes for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Unfortunately, he got injured just a few minutes into the game. Not to mention, he was recently elevated from the practice squad, which makes it even more sad.
