A few hours ago, LeBron posted a tweet of himself losing it over Houston Texas QB CJ Stroud’s record-breaking display. On December 6th, 2010, when Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat fed teammate LeBron James a bounce pass, little did either know that it would be an iconic moment – one that would become part of basketball history. The move was simple enough: James had jumped for a dunk against the Milwaukee Bucks and Wayde had already started celebrating even before James had initiated the move. Captured from the nearby corner, the photo became one of the defining moments of their shared careers.
Yesterday, things were a bit different for King James as he incurred the season’s third loss against the Orlando Magic. But the point forward, luckily, has not had the chance to ruminate over his shock defeat, as his day has been made brighter by the NFL players. The latest one of them was the Philadelphia Eagles’ wide receiver duo Smith and Brown, who decided to recreate the iconic photo during one of the team’s touchdown celebrations against the Dallas Cowboys.

Smith played the role of Wayde, throwing the ball for Brown, who resembled the dunk, using the goal as the basket. Knowingly or unknowingly, James’ football brothers worked hard throughout the day to make him smile and cheer. As he feels the love, King James must know by now that it is always more about the memories and bonds a player creates than the wins.
