Washington Commanders wide receiver disclosed his success mantra after clinching the triumph against the Lions in the 2024 NFC Divisional Round. Undoubtedly, this showcased his perseverance and dedication towards his career goals. After all, he ended the Commanders’ Conference Championship round drought extending since 1991. With this optimistic mindset, he has become the big play weapon in the NFL.

After recognizing the Ohio State Buckeyes player’s football abilities in his rookie season, Commanders offered him an impressive three-year contract extension deal worth $68,364,000 in June 2022. It includes a $28 million signing bonus. Spotrac reports that this massive deal guarantees him $53,154,000. Under this contract, he also received the Pro Bowl bonus of $250,000 in 2024.

However, Terry also has the option to waive the final year of his contract in 2026. Not only the NFL, endorsements are also another source of income for the Commander’s star WR. McLaurin has collaborated with brands like Nike, Athlete Studio, Milk, and Lowes, contributing significantly to building his financial capital.

Well talking about his performance, landing his team in the Conference Championship round after 33 years, he deserve all perks. In 97 games played till the Divisional Round of the 2024 season, he has had 460 receptions out of 726 targets. That too with 38 touchdowns, out of which 13 came in the 2024 season.
