In her podcast, she finally revealed the time when she was not welcomed to golf because of an unexpected reason. She felt humiliated and did not want to be part of the sport.

Golf Is Not for Everyone
The ex-golfer Paige Spiranac slammed golf for not being a place for everyone and said it is an exclusive sport meant for a few only. In her podcast, she expressed her love-hate relationship with golf and said, “Golf is elitist, it’s stuffy, it’s exclusive and I hate that because I am not that and I was never welcomed in and I’m still not welcomed in.”
She added, “It’s like my whole life I’m trying to find a place where I can fit in and that I feel comfortable and that I feel at peace with myself and I haven’t found that.”

Spiranac shot at golf for having unnecessary rules about what a player should wear and what they shouldn’t. These rules and regulations make people nervous and make them feel like they won’t fit in and they don’t belong here. It is not a commendable practice.
According to her, everyone in the sport is trying to be perfect. They are trying hard to be perfect, but she does not believe that the reality is the same. We know golf as a gentlemen’s game but most of the time, people are the opposite of it.
