New Untelevised Footage Shows How Triple H Cheered Up His Former NXT Talent Behind the Scenes Before Taking Over From Vince McMahon

This weekend, fans will witness this year’s biggest WWE event. WWE Universe has set its eyes on Triple H. Fans are wondering how the WWE CCO would deliver his first biggest project. In between all these, an unseen video of Triple H has come forward.

In the video, Triple H is cheering up a former NXT talent before his big shot. And the talent is none other than Kevin Owens. Owens was a part of the NXT when Triple H was in charge of the brand.

Triple H shared words with his NXT talent before his big moment

Last year, WWE gave fans an incredible moment to fans when they revealed the unannounced match between Stone Cold and Kevin Owens.

The match was not only huge for fans but for Owens as well. Before headlining day one of WrestleMania 38, Kevin Owens shared a backstage moment with Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. While Stephanie was encouraging Owens, Triple H had something else to say.

The WWE chief content officer reminded Kevin Owens that this is what he has been thinking about for a very long time. It was an indirect way for Triple H to encourage Owens to perform his best.

“This is what I know you’ve been talking about for a long time.”, said Triple H to Owens.

Another voice can be heard in the background motivating Kevin Owens to enjoy the history he is about to create, “Kevin, this is history, enjoy it”. To this Owens replied, “I will”

After that, Triple H patted Owens’ back and he entered the ramp stepping towards his biggest moment.

Why the Match was crucial for Kevin Owens

WWE superstar Kevin Owens main evented day one of WrestleMania 38 along with Stone Cold Steve Austin. Both wrestlers were scheduled for a no holds barred match at the grand stage. Steve Austin is a WWE legend and Owens’ childhood hero, so the match was quite important for Owens.

WWE didn’t reveal that setup until the very end as they introduced it just as a talk show between Owens and Austin. However, a wave of shock and excitement ran through the WWE Universe when Owens challenged Austin and he accepted it.
