Electronic Arts went on a clever marketing stance with a timer counting down since a few days back. The website cleared the fact that the announcement was related to the Need for Speed franchise. While there was no news for a brand new NFS game anytime soon, it was worth wondering what was going to come.
NFS Hot Pursuit is getting a remastered version that comes out on November 6th. The original game was released ten years ago and has been a fan favorite throughout the years.
Fans can expect graphics upgrades due the modern-day hardware.

The premiere focused on showing the return of the game after a long while, including all that is new this time around. The game will support cross-platform play, meaning you can play with anybody across any platform in the multiplayer. The ‘Autolog’ will provide players with challenges based on their friends’ activities.

What else to expect from Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit?
The game will be launched with all DLC content including six hours of unplayed gameplay. This will also include 30 new challenges. Expect to drive new exotic cars, whichever side of the law you play for. Further to that, cars will come equipped with tactical weaponry or counter-attack methods.
