Officers were told that Toviano had filmed several similar experiences without her permission. Despite her clear objection, Toviano was said to have gone on to record their intimate scenes. The university said Toviano has been barred from all team-related activities thereby supporting their departmental policies. “We will not have further comment out of respect for the legal process,” LSU stated.
