The Mustangs are safely riding with an 11-1 record, while their head coach, Lashlee, is more than ever happy to lead the program for the greatest season of its history. Rhett Lashlees’ wife is Lauren Lee. While additional details of her personal or professional life are not made public, these two share quite an incredible love story that started back at Auburn University. Picture this: Rhett is crushing it out on the football field while Lauren’s busy pursuing her education dreams. Somewhere between game days and college days, these two made a promise for a lifetime.

And life as a coach’s wife isn’t all touchdown celebrations and team dinners. Rhett’s quite equipped with building game plans and recruiting and whatnot while Lauren holds down the fort. She got that MVP energy, balancing family life as well as still being Rhett’s biggest cheerleader.

After dating for a while in their college time, the couple tied the knot in 2007, kicking off their joint adventure that’s been one long highlight reel so far. Fast forward a few years, and the Lashlee couple is now parenting not one but two sets of twins. Yeah, you heard that right: Thomas and Hudson, who are thirteen-year-old twin boys, welcomed another set of twin girls, Rowyn and Scarlet, 8 years ago, the Double Trouble duo. And if you say coaching football is tough, ask Rhett Lashlee how hard it is to parent four kids while doing it. That’s next-level stuff but by Lauren’s side, Rhett is quite confident in his career.

While Lauren is not just a background either. She is all around the SMU community. And you would find her at most of the Mustang games, boosting the confidence of those young boys.
