Just when it seemed like college sports were all about game-day stats, Travis Hunter and Gabrielle Miller served up some unforgettable drama. It all started when his fellow Heisman archrival and electric two-way player, Hunter, set social media buzzing with a bold proclamation on the Outta Pocket show: “Nobody can do what I do,” he declared. His confidence, or perhaps overconfidence, didn’t go unnoticed.

After Jeanty shared a post on social media during the peak of their Heisman race, things got pretty interesting. The Boise State running back took to Instagram, showing off some pictures along with a bold caption: “You can’t kill the boogeyman #hei2man.” What really caught everyone’s attention was the playful jab at Hunter. Hunter, known by fans as HE12SMAN (a nod to his jersey number 12), found himself matched by Jeanty, who cleverly incorporated his own jersey number 2 into the hashtag. But the fun didn’t stop there—Gabrielle added a zinger of her own in the comments of her mans, “ik the a gap hate to see you coming.” Her response was a direct hit, and fans loved the energy. She turned what could have been passive rivalry into a playful, memorable moment backing her boyfriend. Props to her for keeping it sassy.
