Will the dynamic duo of Sean McDonough and Todd Blackledge make the LSU-UCLA game unforgettable?

Hey, week 4 is knocking off! Are you ready for this Saturday? The LSU football team will host UCLA in Baton Rouge for a Power Four nonconference game. In an attempt to maintain their momentum from Week 3, Brian Kelly and the No. 16-ranked LSU Tigers will meet the Bruins on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT in Death Valley. The Bruins and Tigers will square off on national television this coming Saturday on ABC. The question now is: When did they first cross paths with one another?

The first game of the series was played three seasons ago, with the Bruins defeating the Tigers 38–21 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on September 4, 2021. For both teams, a lot has changed since then. Ed Orgeron was LSU’s coach at the time, and Brian Kelly was now leading the No. 16 Tigers. Conversely, UCLA’s head coach, DeShaun Foster, has assumed leadership roles. So enjoy your Saturday as LSU takes on UCLA. Who will be the voice of this matchup on TV?

This time, the play-by-play commentator Joe Tessitore, analyst Jesse Palmer, and sideline reporter Katie George will all be narrating the game. Among them, Tessitore is an American sportscaster who works for major networks like WWE, ESPN, and ABC. In addition, the gifted individual serves on the boards of the Connecticut Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the National Italian American Foundation. He has a history with sportscasting dating back to the beginning of his career. What about Jesse Plamer, though?

Palmer was a quarterback in the NFL for five seasons in the early 2000s. He was a former professional football player and now works as a sports commentator as well as has a Canadian television personality. Alright, so they’re not the local radio announcers; they’re the TV newscasters. But this season, Wayne Cook, the sideline reporter, and Josh Lewin, the play-by-play man and analyst, will serve as radio commentators. Let’s now examine some predictions for this kickoff.

Some predictions on LSU Tigers Vs UCLA

ESPN analyst and former LSU star, Booger McFarland said, “Garrett Nussmeier, he’s tough as nails. The Heisman Trophy guy is from Texas, but Louisiana’s in his blood, and that defensive line from South Carolina might be the best in the country. Those two defensive ends are unreal. And they came after him time and time again and he stepped up and made plays.” Not to forget, after falling behind 17-0 early in the second quarter, Kelly and Co. were led by signal-caller Garrett Nussmeier, who displayed remarkable composure in his first SEC start. So, you can understand how tough will be the game for the Tigers this year.

The day has finally come. After two years of planning and preparation, UCLA is proud and excited to join the Big Ten Conference,” said Martin Jarmond, director of athletics. On the other hand, this season, the Tigers have started all three of their games with a flat lineup. Brain Kelly and his Tigers haven’t looked good in the first half of games this season against opponents, falling behind early against USC and trailing 17-0 early in the second quarter against South Carolina. Now UCLA! Will they beat them or still stay flat? Fans are eagerly waiting to see the matchup between the Tigers and Bruins.
