Are the announcers for the Florida vs. MS State game the best choice for this high-stakes matchup?

The Florida Gators have started their season on a remarkably underwhelming note. The program won the ACC last season and was quite confident about making it to the playoffs throughout the pre-season. It has now fallen out of the Associated Press College football poll last week. While it’s safe to say the transition is no less than a historic flop that the Gators have ever seen in their football history, there is a beam of hope to bounce back in their next battle against Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Despite the disastrous finish against Miami and Texas A&M, fans would love to believe things will fall into place moving forward, and quite logically so. The logic here is that MS State has not been in a greater position than the Gators; hence, it will make a close flight. The clash, however, sounds sweeter with the announcers on the box.

Have an interesting take?

A two-time Oklahoma Sooners captain and former NFL Draft pick, Dvoracek has been a pleasing sensation in the long ESPN commentators list. He recently penned a new deal with ESPN, continuing his storied stint with the leading sports channel.

On the other hand, Taylor McGregor, a young prodigy in her profession, started her career as a broadcaster, a front-office executive, and a trainee journalist all at once in the Rockies press corps. The choice of her first media house holds a long-standing story, nonetheless. Her late father, Keli McGregor, a former NFL player, had been an inseparable part of the nascent Rockies organization in 1993 and later became president. When he signed off from the program as well as from life, his daughter decided to carry the torch forward. Gradually, she took her talents to various top-notch houses like SEC Network, Fox Sports Kansas City, MLB Network, etc., before settling his feet in ESPN.

The Arkansas Alumna continues, making her father proud by dishing excellent performances and teaming up with fellow bigwigs, Dave Pasch and Dusty Dvoracek, and has been widely considered among ESPN’s top college football broadcast teams.
