As soon as he completed high school, he started getting offers from major football programs like Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and LSU. But the wide receiver committed to Oklahoma in 2021. He was successful in making a quick impact in his first college.

Willam’s top-class performance and impressive stats helped him get offers from major football programs, including Alabama, Florida, and two more. But Williams preferred Oklahoma over others because he developed a connection with coaches when he was visiting the college. He started his college journey with Oklahoma in 2021 and made a quick impact in his initial games. In the game against Texas Tech, he caught five passes for 100 yards and a touchdown in a 52-21 win. He was named Big 12 Conference Newcomer of the Week. The wide receiver ended his freshman season with 35 receptions for 380 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Williams had great bonds with all his coaches and teammates. The head coach of Oklahoma, Lincoln Riley, decided to leave the team. Following his head coach, the WD decided to join the transfer portal and eventually ended with USC. In his first year with the Trojans, he continued to impress new coaches, teammates, and fans with his on-field performance. With the Trojans, he caught 40 passes for 631 yards and scored five touchdowns. However, he changed his mind in 2023 and decided to be in the transfer portal for one more time. This time he landed with Tulane and made the official commitment in January 2024.

Coming to William’s compiled career statistics. In 24 games, he got 10 starts, a total of 75 receptions for 1,011 yards, and 9 touchdowns. He always tried his best to contribute in all the games he was part of and also tried to play beyond his position as a receiver. With 7 kickoffs, he returned for 115 yards and 2 rushes for 12 yards. Completed 1 pass for 10 yards and 1 tackle.
