It may sound cliché, but as Milroe’s story at Alabama continues to unfold, high school is still an important life-building stage for him. Speaking of his time at Tompkins, his coach Todd McVey said that Milroe resembled NFL MVPs Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson, particularly because of how Milroe makes defenders miss in the pocket while keeping his eyes in the opposite end zone.
Altogether, the way Jalen Milroe moved from Tompkins High School to the University of Alabama we can observe a hard-working student who wants only the best for himself. He graduated from the university in December 2023, earning a degree in business administration and a minor in entrepreneurship. As he continues to grow both academically and athletically, Milroe remains focused on becoming the best quarterback he can be, not just for himself, but for the entire Crimson Tide program. Having the background of a high school player and the backup of his coaches and other players, Milroe will put his mark at the University of Alabama.
