If you still think Colorado has the biggest name under their belt, and it’s Coach Prime, you are naively mistaken. Or you don’t yet know Warren Sapp, the great assistant coaching staff, a greater comedian on Instagram. Oh! Not only on Instagram. Remember when the former NFL defensive tackle used to grace the panel lists of the hilarious Netflix roasting show Comedy Central Roasts? Well, he still hasn’t lost his comedic touch. Sapp, 52, gets zero chill at the sick morning routine of former running back turned offline fitness coach Ashton Hall and decides to rip it off with a 23-second jab.
Well, in case you still haven’t landed on that side of social media, let’s just recap it briefly. Hall, the man of discipline (mania), is taking over the internet with his high-intensity morning regimen. The “Burn and Build’ mentor wakes up at the insane hour of 3:52 a.m. He takes off his mouth tape, and guess what after? He immediately sank his face into a bowl of Saratoga Springs Water. By 4 a.m., he is there outside in nature, taking a quick yet effective pump session. Is that it? Hell, no! The guy then shifts his focus to the morning mental stimulation. He comes back to his room, picks up a book to read, a notebook to journal, or indulges in gaining wisdom from some high-end spiritual podcast.
It was followed by a little skincare routine that takes a banana peel rubbed against his face. To add more depth to the face cleansing part, Hall signs up for a second part, just like a web series. He, for the second time, dunks his face in the water. The list goes longer and includes a lot more activities like a swimming lap, treadmill workout, rocking jewelry, and breakfast prepping. Is he for real? Food for thought! However, Warren Sapp specifically targeted his dramatic spring water sessions. The Buffs senior analyst took a hilarious dig in a few-second IG clip: “I would be ready to go to the job. I ain’t got no cold water, no sparkling water to go in my face. Nobody suits? Oh, no. None of that, dry water. Hydration is life.”

Now, you might want to dig further into the background of the man and his lengthy, peculiar morning rituals. Well, that takes you back to a dead hour of the NFL athlete’s life when he really underwent a depressive phase and gave up on fitness. That didn’t lead him anywhere except for the subject matter of some trolls and jokes.
Hall shared, “There was a time in my life when I felt so depressed that I stopped working out for about a year or two. However, I knew I had to get back into fitness after I visited my homeboys, and they made fun of my physique and weight at the time.” Then came a breaking point. One fine morning, he woke up and chose discipline over regret. Within two months, his influencer status got a huge boost in terms of followers, which straight jumped from 6 million to 12 million in just two months. He got back in shape, looks no less than a Greek god, influences millions of youngsters and superstars to embrace fitness, but the trolling treatment remains the same.

Ashton Hall receives a taste of his own medicine from the Miami Heat mascot
It’s not only Warren Sapp who joined the crowd. Ashton Hall was recently seen sitting courtside for Miami’s NBA bout against the Philadelphia 76ers. The entire internet, the Miami Heat’s mascot, took notice and had the guts to return the favor. The man who became an internet sensation sat in a packed arena and expected no one to give a funny tribute to him; that’s insane, right?
What’s your perspective on:
Is Ashton Hall's morning routine inspiring or just plain ridiculous? What do you think?
Have an interesting take?
Well, social media lives for the chaos, the drama, and the over-the-top angles. That’s the currency Hall paid. Of course, nobody wants to be a laughingstock in front of millions of fans, but that’s the other side of your virality game. Let’s just accept the pun when Burnie approached the influencer with a tub full of ice water and a roll of tape over his “mouth” during the break in the game.
The mascot skimmed a book next to Hall before flexing a white jacket and a briefcase and offering Hall a warm handshake. However, no bad blood about that. It seems it’s just love between the Miami mascot and Hall on Monday night when the Heat won the card against the 76ers without any ice water on their face. But don’t get mad. No meme, only grind!
