Is that Michael Jackson on that turf? Nah, that is the 17-year-old prodigy from Alabama Crimson Tide, Ryan Williams, who was all over the news for his plays against the Georgia Bulldogs on September 28. See, Kalen DeBoer and Co. had one of their best games against Georgia. They went 30-7 in the first half itself, and the Dawgs’ head coach Kirby Smart was left biting his nails. However, Smart did what Smart always does, and the Dawgs managed to pull a lead in the 2nd half. But who saved the day for DeBoer and Bama? Ryan Williams. Catching a 75-yard pass from Jalen Milroe, Ryan Williams managed to dance between 2 defenders and land a touchdown, getting Bama the big win against their BIGGEST rival. And now, on Let A Naysayer Know, Williams is back, but he ain’t here to show his plays. He’s here to make to make a hilarious confession about Milroe…
But before we get to that part, in an Instagram video uploaded by the Alabama QB dated November 5, Milroe, who currently flaunts a NIL valuation of $2.2 million, and Williams were seen sitting down for a fun segment that also involved an entertaining game of golf. The game initially started with Milroe winning the first round, as Williams evidently struggled. However, as the second round rolled by, the wide receiver hit back with a surprising win. However, Milroe was not impressed as he believed he was the one with the better win, so he doubled down for one last chance to win the second round, “Alright, if i make this, I win,” he said about the one scoring chance he was going to get. “Alright, bet bet bet…If you miss, I get to borrow your car for a week,” Williams immediately shot back. Well, Milroe missed.
The 17-year-old star was dancing out of joy and said, “Yessir, guess whose car imma be driving this week? Right foot creep, oh, walking with the heater.” Well, that definitely puts Jalen in a tight spot, But at least he can nurse his wounded pride, with Ryan’s words of appreciation. But even then the duo added a hilarious twist to the tale.

At one point, the host asked Milroe: “Anything go through your mind when you release the ball, when you seem him[Ryan] downfield?”, to which the QB hilariously responded, “Oh sh*t, I hope he [Williams] catch that sh*t,” to which both burst out laughing. However, Fourth-and-Milroe also talked about his wholesome first impression of his teenage teammate.
“My first impression of Ryan initially was…He was cool. Like every time I talked to him, he was always cool. But, of course, like, football-wise my first time meeting hi, he was a recruit coming to the game. And I had a chance to talk to him. You know, he just talked about the future…And so all he talked about every time we saw each other was when he got the chance to come here.
“I know he do a lot of good things when the ball in his hand, whether it’s a deep concept, whether it’s a short concept. And, that always come from the offseason. That always come from reps at practice. And the more reps you get, the more you get comfortable within a concept. And that’s what i saw in him that was special is that he wants to be great. He wants to do the right thing for the football team as much as possible. So, that just motivated me to continue to pour into him with the knowledge that I’ve had in college. “ the 21-year-old said.
Ryan, on the other hand, was far from thrilled as Milroe’s habits bugged him to no end. “I just remember because once I first got here, they was telling me, like he wake up at 4:00 every morning, and be at the facility. I was like….’He a mad man’. And then I remember trying to race him to the facility and he didn’t even know i was trying to race him to the facility, and he still there. Even on days where i got there extra early, his truck already there. I’m like, ‘He must be staying the night’. There ain’t no way…So, i’m glad he’s my quarterback. ”

Is Jalen Milroe's career on the line against LSU, or can he prove the doubters wrong?
Have an interesting take?
But we’re sure Milroe will also have the same thoughts for Williams, as he has managed to remain explosive since day one. Even during the Vandy disaster, Williams still managed to snag 3 touchdowns for the boys. No wonder this guy and his NIL valuation (currently at $1.7 million) have had such tremendous growth over the past few weeks.

However, time to switch to something more serious. See, Bama has had a 10-year legacy where they have never lost a game coming off of bye-week. But that was the Nick Saban era. Under DeBoer, the Crimson Tide has already had a loss to an unranked team and then to the Vols. Even the South Carolina game would’ve been a loss if the QB hadn’t missed his final pass at the endzone. Coming weekend, the boys are facing off against LSU and Bama needs this win and for that to happen, Milroe has to get his head in the game.
Jalen Milroe has one shot left for redemption
Now why is this game so important for Bama? See, as per the first CFP playoff list, Bama has been given the 11th seed. However, Brian Kelly and Co. are right behind as the 15th seed. If LSU wins this, then Bama is done for. Not only that, Milroe’s entire football career is at stake as well.

A few days back, we covered what Mike Kiper had to say regarding Milroe. “Jalen Milroe Alabama needs to go back,” Kiper mentioned while talking about Milroe and if he is ready for the NFL draft. This ain’t good. Before the season started, Milroe was high on the list of one of the best QBs out there and this fall from grace has been nothing but sad. Notably, he has gone from achieving an 80% completion rate to only hitting 60-50%. He needs to bring out that 100%. Last year, we have seen what Milroe did against LSU, as he went berserk with 4 touchdowns along with 155 yards on rush and 219 on passing. If this same momentum comes back on November 9, then it’s an easy win for Bama. However, for now? We can only hope.
