And this power couple from Texas has been inspiring for quite a long time. Guess who? It’s none other than Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian and his wife, the First Lady of Longhorns – Loreal. While Steve is ready with pen and paper to write a success story in 2025, Loreal is turning heads in her own way. The glamorous lady herself is a style icon. Now that one of fashion’s biggest events – the Met Gala – is knocking at the door, how could Loreal even keep calm?

The 2024 season had its ups and downs, but Coach Sark led the Longhorns to the semifinals of the 2025 College Football Playoffs. Even though they could make it to the Natty, it was indeed a big moment. Loreal, too, had a wonderful 2024 year. Even though she described herself as a tomboy while growing up, who played softball and ran track, she developed a penchant for fashion. So, Loreal finally chose to become a personal stylist, putting together fashionable looks for a number of clients, from celebrities to CEOs. In an interview with WFAA, Steve’s ladylove shared, “[I] grew up in an environment of love and support and giving back and nurturing and fostering relationships, building confidence. That’s why personal styling speaks to me more. It’s not just a job.”

As time went by, Loreal has spread her influence in the fashion world far and wide beyond the US Nation. Back in September last year, she was spotted at the Paris Fashion Week. Not only did she appear for one of the biggest fashion events, Loreal collaborated with the $548 million designer brand, Balmain Paris, at the fashion capital. She had posted a reel, where she looked gorgeous in a black and gray tube bodycon dress with sequin details. However, her accessory game was on point with a Balmain Paris handbag. It’s time for the Longhorns fans to see their fashion queen at the Met Gala. Loreal is already excited. On April 17, she dropped a story on IG. Steve’s wife wrote, “The Met Gala is a fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute and is often called fashion’s biggest night.”

For the ones who are not aware of what the event is all about, Loreal took the duty of enlightening them. “Guests dress according to a specific annual theme that reflects the museum’s fashion exhibit. It’s important because it merges fashion, art, and celebrity culture on the global stage, and the red carpet serves as a creative showcase where designers and celebrities bring the theme to life through bold, artistic fashion statements.”

Now that it’s off-season, fans are barred from the chances of seeing Loreal’s Game Day looks, which they often look forward to. So what? They now have a reason to look forward to Loreal’s appearance at the Met Gala. Amidst all this fashion event hype, the Sarkisians are making a fresh start. 

How Loreal Sarkisian mastered the art of hiding the baby bump in fashion

Steve and Loreal had tied the knot on June 29, 2020. But their marriage had hit sour notes when, in July 2024, the couple announced on Instagram that they had split and were filing for divorce. But thank god! They reconciled as fans could spot the large solitaire making a comeback on Loreal’s ring finger. Also, the First Lady began posting with Steve again in December 2024 and showing up in support of him on gamedays. Loreal had welcomed Steve’s three kids from his previous relationship. Daughters Taylor and Ashley, and son Brady. But the year 2025 added a special chapter to the Sarkisian happy family.

On April 4, Loreal posted on Instagram, announcing that the couple has welcomed their son. The caption read, “He’s arrived, and our hearts are so full of love and gratitude! Embracing these first days quietly resting, adjusting, and soaking in every little moment has been amazing! Thank you for your love and for respecting this sweet time of privacy 💙 XOLO 🤍.” The couple named their son Amays. This came as a big surprise to the Longhorns fans. They were in shock as the couple kept it very private. Loreal was out in public wearing the perfect fit, where no one suspected she was pregnant.

All throughout her pregnancy, Loreal Sarkisian turned heads wearing gorgeous fits, and in no way was her baby bump visible. From the burnt orange leather stunner in the College Football Playoff, to dripping in all-black Louis Vuitton while in Paris. The First Lady of Texas Longhorns never failed to leave a mark with her on-point style statement.

Loreal did address the fans’ speculations, “If you followed me during last football season and just during the Fall in general, that was pretty much my style lol! I stayed true to me but added more of a ‘boyfriend’ element at times.” So, with parenthood glowing on them, will Steve and Loreal Sarkisian turn heads on the Met Gala carpet the same way Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen did back in 2019?
